What is Message Therapy?

Hot stone massage: By using hot, smooth stones, the blood rushes to the target areas to aid in relaxation and reduce stress/strains.

Pregnancy massage: Designed for expecting mothers, this massage targets the shoulders, lower back, hips, and legs — all of the hardest working muscles to carry your child. New mothers can also benefit from a session!
